Product Manager Project Intern (TikTok-Product-Search) - 2026 Start

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to work on-site 5 days per week and at least 12 weeks long internship period, with immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for TikTok Search scale and user awareness growth. - Deeply understand users' content consumption and search demands, and create new products and search recommendation strategies accordingly. - Combining user research, data analysis, business status, and other techniques to discover new opportunities for the product's growth. - Work together with international teams, manage both internal and external resources, and actively coordinate with product operations, algorithms, and other relevant departments to efficiently promote and guarantee excellent project execution.
