Players : The ability to develop trusting relationships is critical to the success of how we do business. Focus : Candidates will be required to balance learning on the job with the rigors of pursuing a Professional Accounting Qualification.     Each rotation will have a different focus where participants will become skilled in various key financial areas , including:   Budgeting Forecasting Month End Reporting Balance Sheet Reconciliations Balance Sheet Review Capital Investments New Product Costing Savings Calculation and Analysis Materials Standard Costing Business Case Appraisal Preparation of Statutory financials Irish tax Internal tax reporting External Audit Process     What You Need?   Candidates must have already attained or be on course to attain a 2.1 result in a Level 8 or above in a Finance/Business/Accounting discipline-based Degree. Candidates must have/will have attained the above between June 2024 and Sept 2026 . Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and with global teams.      Ireland Pay Ranges: Ireland : €40,000 - €67,000 EUR Annual      At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
