Lucid Motors is seeking a highly driven and experienced Manager, Service Supply Chain Operations Europe to lead and enhance our Aftersales product supply chain across Europe including service parts, accessories, tooling, and packaging. This role is responsible for planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution, ensuring high availability, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing environment.

The Role
• Lead day‑to‑day Aftersales supply chain operations and manage operational team, covering demand/supply planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Drive performance across key KPIs (OTIF, fulfilment, MoS, claim rate, inventory accuracy, obsolescence rate) and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage 3PL partners and optimize warehouse, transportation, returns, and packaging operations.
• Own planning processes, including forecasting, replenishment, safety stocks, and inventory health analysis. Define and implement associated regional policies for inventory and planning. Ensure system integrity and data quality.
• Improve logistics flows, packaging sustainability, and cost efficiency; lead expansion into new markets and associated distribution strategy.
• Establish scalable processes, enhance ERP/WMS/planning tools, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the regional supply chain operation team; act as the primary escalation point for parts availability.
• Partner with Service, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply Chain on operational and customer‑experience improvements.
Qualifications
• Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business (preferred).
• 7+ years in supply chain/logistics/spare parts operations; automotive/aftersales experience required.
• Strong background in 3PL management, warehousing, planning, and SAP/WMS/tools.
• Excellent communication skills; strong analytical capability and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in fast‑paced environments, with strong ownership and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Valid driver’s license;
