 Provides 24x7x365 Tier II Disaster Recovery support for telecom critical infrastructure and network facilities, including AC/DC power systems, generators, ATS, UPS, batteries, HVAC, fire protection, grounding, and building systems. Delivers technical troubleshooting, site readiness oversight, capacity management, preventive maintenance support, and emergency response coordination to ensure network reliability, resiliency, and operational efficiency.  Supports telecom disaster recovery operations, business continuity planning, deployment management, inventory tracking, training, automation initiatives, driving visibility and safety programs, non-storm operational activities, and BCM partnerships focused on continuous improvement.  May be required to participate in on-call rotations, work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, and respond to emergencies in all weather conditions. Ability to travel on short notice and provide on-site support during disaster events, network outages, and critical infrastructure failures.  Location 
 Work Location: Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA The Main Responsibilities 
 -Provide Tier II technical support and guidance to field operations during routine and emergency events.  -Maintain site readiness by identifying, prioritizing, and escalating critical infrastructure deficiencies.  -Support capital replacement planning for aging or at-risk infrastructure.  -Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional projects and technical initiatives.  -Lead or support telecom Disaster Recovery events, including hurricanes, wildfires, severe weather, and other natural or man-made events that impact network operations, facilities, and critical infrastructure  -Develop and maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational readiness plans.  -Assist with development of tools, automation, dashboards, and processes that improve incident management and operational visibility.  -Manage disaster recovery equipment inventory, deployment, and post-event accountability.  -Support preventive maintenance programs, site capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.  -Ensure critical infrastructure data is accurate and aligned with BCM requirements.  -Train field technicians on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and operational best practices.  -Partner with BCM, engineering, operations, and vendors to enhance network resiliency and drive continuous improvement.  What We Look For in a Candidate 
 -5+ years of experience supporting telecom critical infrastructure, AC/DC power systems, and facility operations.  -Strong leadership, troubleshooting, project management, and emergency response skills.  -Ability to lead vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams during complex incidents and projects.  -Effective verbal and written communication skills.  -Strong computer, data analysis, and technical documentation skills.  -Ability to travel on short notice and respond to emergency situations.  -Willingness to work on-call schedules, extended hours, varying shifts, and in adverse weather conditions during
