The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement. The Product Adoption Consultant (PAC) – Cat AI Assistant is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, adoption, and business value of Cat AI Assistant across APD. As the regional AI expert, the role works closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, deliver training and enablement programs, promote AI best practices, and gather feedback to improve the product. The position requires strong business acumen, customer focus, communication skills, and hands-on AI knowledge to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes while championing AI adoption across the organization. What You Will Do: ​ Serve as the subject matter expert for Cat AI Assistant capabilities, use cases, roadmap, and business applications across Cat Digital Ecosystem. Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the APD region. Partner with DACS teams, dealers, and customers to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and adoption opportunities. Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and change management programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization. Drive internal AI adoption within APD DACS through education, coaching, and best-practice sharing. Gather customer and dealer feedback, monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, and communicate field insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities. Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product capabilities, launches, and adoption priorities. Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, success stories, and communication materials to support regional deployment and capability building.
