Onboarding Manager (App Assure)

The Global Consumption & Delivery Acceleration team serves as the execution and consumption engine for AI Business Solutions, accelerating deployment, adoption, consumption, and customer value across Microsoft's AI portfolio.  As an App Assure Manager, you will help remove barriers that slow customer adoption of Microsoft technologies. You will work directly with customers, partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), engineering teams, and field stakeholders to identify, resolve, and prevent application compatibility and integration challenges that can delay business outcomes. App Assure Managers serve as trusted advisors, orchestrating resources across Microsoft while driving successful customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization.   This role is for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and can operate across multiple technologies, workloads, and customer scenarios. What You'll Do  Accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft solutions by identifying and eliminating application compatibility and integration blockers.  Partner with customers, ISVs, engineering teams, support teams, and field organizations to drive successful deployment and onboarding outcomes.  Act as the primary engagement lead, coordinating complex cross-functional efforts and ensuring customers achieve business value quickly.  Manage engagements spanning multiple Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, Security, Edge, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and future AI-driven solutions.  Capture customer feedback and industry insights that help shape Microsoft products, programs, and experiences.  Drive proactive engagement motions that improve customer readiness, product quality, and ecosystem compatibility.  Leverage data, insights, automation, and AI to improve scale, efficiency, and customer outcomes.  Contribute to developing repeatable practices, intellectual property, and scalable consumption motions that accelerate customer success globally.   What Success Looks Like  Our FY27 strategy centers on making the ecosystem ready for Microsoft AI—ensuring every application works, every developer can innovate faster, and every customer realizes value sooner.
