Enterprise Technical Sales Manager

Meta is seeking an experienced and adaptable sales leader with demonstrated success driving enterprise-level technical sales. This leader will own and grow a consultative sales team focused on unlocking the potential of Business Messaging and AI capabilities to take millions of businesses to an Agentic future.

This leader will be creative, strategic and work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and build high-performing teams. They will be a self-starter who can navigate undefined problem spaces by structuring approaches and driving clarity, possesses enterprise and technical design sales experience — preferably in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions in a multi-product environment — and who is an effective coach with a track record of making timely decisions and driving execution. This role will primarily serve mid and large-sized clients in EMEA.
