You will develop and maintain project schedules, cost models, forecasts, and performance indicators to ensure visibility into project status and alignment with organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and project management teams—helping drive data‑based decision‑making and excellence across our project portfolio.   Location On-site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee   Your Day-to-Day as a Program Control Manager • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using approved scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. • Create cost estimates, resource-loaded schedules, forecasts, and other planning tools to support project execution. • Perform cost and schedule variance analysis; develop performance dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics. • Support integrated baseline development/reviews and maintain ongoing baseline integrity. • Identify risks, trends, and potential impacts to schedule and cost; communicate findings to project leadership. • Prepare routine and ad hoc project controls reports for project management and senior leadership. • Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, production, finance, and other departments to validate project status and performance. • Support change management processes, including cost and schedule impact assessments. • Ensure all project controls activities comply with internal procedures and DOE project management requirements. • Assist in long‑range planning, budgeting cycles, and prioritization efforts for Enrichment Operations projects.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or a related field. • Two (2) to five (5+) years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or project scheduling. • Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, cost systems). • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills. • Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and
