Key Responsibilities - Support the development and implementation of logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the delivery experience for TikTok Shop sellers in the U.S. - Assist with the analysis and optimization of nationwide pickup, middle-mile transportation, and last-mile handoff processes. - Participate in projects related to transportation routing, shipment scheduling, logistics network planning, and exception management. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to support logistics product improvements and ensure that workflows meet seller and business needs. - Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators, identify operational trends and improvement opportunities, and support the development of practical solutions. - Assist with day-to-day operational projects, issue resolution, process documentation, and the continuous improvement of logistics workflows. - Conduct research on industry trends, carrier networks, regulatory requirements, and logistics best practices in the U.S. market.
