The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs, collaborating with various stakeholders to align technical implementations with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance system capabilities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Development. - Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management. - Strong understanding of application architecture and integration techniques. - Ability to design and validate proof of architecture for cloud solutions. - Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization in cloud environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud platforms.
