Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in Seattle, WA . The Electrical Engineer will join a multidisciplinary, collaborative team with a range of expertise supporting the expansion of their knowledge base with the ability to travel and gain field experience. As part of our team, you will support our growing Federal (Military/DoD) team, along with various other markets throughout the Northwest region, including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Transportation, Sports + Rec and Science + Tech markets. Job Summary/Responsibilities: The Senior Electrical Engineer will work in a highly collaborative environment on a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing building electrical systems and supporting junior staff. The Engineer will be responsible for performing the technical calculations and design, understanding the project requirements and the effort required to complete the work and applying critical thinking to quickly recognize issues and be part of the solution. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Electrical engineering from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy including writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings.
