About you and this role As an Implementation Analyst ( IT Analyst ), you will support end-to-end implementations and deployments across software, infrastructure, digital transformation , and mergers, acquisitions , and divestiture projects . You will help deliver projects on time, within budget, and with smooth organizational adoption. As part of an implementation team, you will apply general Information Systems knowledge, typically gained through formal education , to design, develop, and support implementation activities , including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover , and hypercare to meet business needs and requirements. You will apply established procedures and practices to analyze and resolve issues. You will be accountable for assigned contributions without direct supervisory responsibilities. Your work primarily affects your own responsibilities and may also influence broader team outcomes. You will also be expected to follow established processes to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. This role requires conceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures , along with general business knowledge gained through education or prior experience in your discipline and functional area. You should be able to exchange basic information clearly and ask questions to confirm understanding.
Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas. Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements. Documents detailed designs of solutions. Good understanding & practical exposure to System Configuration , Data Analysis & Migration and Quality Assurance & Testing. Assists with defect management & issue resolution. Designing training materials and conducting workshops to educate end-users on product features, ensuring smooth adoption. Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus. Your Skill s Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze error trends, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term fixes. Communication: Exceptional capability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users. Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations , application development etc. . Project Management: Ability to coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision. Additional notes No relocation support is provided on the role.
