In this vital role you will be part of the SCRUM development team under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Medical Data Analytics and Insights Product Team and primarily focus on delivering Analytics capabilities across Global Medical business organization. The selected individual will be responsible for architecting, design and develop integration and data pipelines, analytics solutions and engage with validation engineers, product owner, architects and the members of the development team. This role requires expertise in architecting solution based on Databricks framework, Developing API integrations framework and experience with reporting tools like Tableau, The architect will develop technical solutions using Enterprise Datalake and ETL technology platforms. Additionally, collaboration with various global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architecting end-to-end software development lifecycle and be a Scaled Agile practitioner. This role demands the ability to drive and deliver against key organizational strategic initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. They will provide day to day operations, data standardization, ad hoc query, reporting, technical support, training, data Roles & Responsibilities: As a Specialist IS Platform Architect Lead the design, aid development, and deployment of advanced data integration solutions for Global Medical teams, enabling actionable insights across diverse business capabilities. Design integrated solutions and analytical summarized dimensional data models and datasets to augment visualization applications and dashboards Aid Development platform team with design, development of backend infrastructure and integrated views using AWS, Databricks notebooks with Python, sql, node.js Drive innovation in data analytics by introducing advanced techniques (e.g., AI, predictive analytics, dynamic storytelling) to highlight trends and opportunities. Drive API based integration capabilities to integrate the Global Medical ecosystem Monitor and enhance the performance of data pipelines, ensuring optimal load times and usability. Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards, such as HIPAA and GDPR. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable visualization solutions. Present data insights n solutions to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
