Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for assigned portfolios, helping ensure business leaders have reliable insights to support decision-making and operational success. Identify, investigate, and resolve financial variances , driving compliance with established policies, reducing risk, and improving the integrity of financial results. Take ownership of assigned accounting activities , ensuring deadlines are met, issues are proactively addressed, and financial records remain complete, compliant, and audit-ready. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the accuracy and scalability of financial operations. Collaborate across teams to improve financial outcomes , influence effective problem-solving, and support continuous enhancement of accounting processes and reporting practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting. Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, account reconciliations, and financial reporting gained through academic studies, internships, or entry-level experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret financial data, and recommend practical solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as Oracle, Frontier, SAP, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with a track record of managing priorities, maintaining accuracy, and meeting deadlines. It's a bonus if you have Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent professional certification. Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications Exposure to process improvement, system testing, automation initiatives, or continuous improvement projects within a finance or accounting environment.
