Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. You will play a key role in strengthening safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our open‑pit mining operations. By developing and delivering high‑quality, competency‑based training, you’ll directly support the growth, confidence, and performance of our equipment operators—helping shape a safer, more skilled, and more inclusive workforce at Red Chris.

As part of our team you will

• Champion safety by embedding safe work practices into all training and assessments.

• Deliver competency‑based training for open‑pit equipment, including haul trucks, drills, shovels, dozers, graders, and water trucks.
