Business Partner: Partnering with Business Leaders on people, organization and business strategy and align HR process (including employee engagement and organizational capability) to drive Business Goals & Objectives. Employee Relations: Drive Engagement Initiatives, Lead Productivity Discussions with Actionable Plans to Support the Manufacturing / Commercial Organization, Ensure Healthy IR / ER culture for business continuity. Support action plans of VoE survey, Coach / Mentor shop managers on (shopfloor) related people matters. Industrial Relations : Lead and manage structured engagement with labor unions, including negotiations and grievance resolution, Act as the primary interface between management and union representatives, Drive collective bargaining processes, Proactively identify and mitigate industrial disputes, Build collaborative relationships with union leadership. Ensure adherence to labour laws, standing orders, and union agreements, Maintain harmonious Industrial relations. Compliances: Ensure 100% Compliance with all statutory requirements of applicable laws through Monthly & Quarterly review with key stakeholders / vendors / agencies. Change Management: Support Modernization / Commercial Excellence Initiatives and Projects, Drive the Cultural Transformation initiatives in the Organization, Deliver on continuous organizational and productivity improvements. Talent Management: Developing depth and breadth of Management Capability to build Leadership Talent for the future through structured discussions. Provide guidance and input on Business Unit restructures & Workforce planning. Safety: Enable and Support safety procedures to ensure all employees work safely, protect health, and safeguard the environment and leverage on processes like SWA etc. Create a culture where employees adopt a “100% Safe” mindset without compromising on ethics and integrity, Participate and Contribute in SLT Team meetings. Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention: Work closely with Recruiting partners to ensure the attraction and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.  Discuss strategies to attract key talent (with specific skill set wherever required) and support in their development & retention to provide a competitive edge to Organization. Learning & Development: Partner with Business Leaders to implement initiatives which address the skill gaps, Identify Future Capability requirements and support with appropriate initiatives /actions; Identify opportunities for Executive Coaching / Mentoring needs among managers to ensure they drive and influence actions on shopfloor.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates

A Graduate with Human Resource / Business background. Post-Graduation in HR would be preferred. Should have 15+ years of work experience in HR (preferably MNC Mfg.) with 5+ years as HRBP / Leading Functions. Should have experience in working and managing with Unions. Familiarity with India Employment
