Job Description
Summary The Director, Communications & Change Management is responsible for leading the communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and capability-building strategy that enables successful digital transformation across the Operating Unit. This role ensures digital initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, adopted, and sustained by aligning business leaders, employees, and system partners around a common vision and shared outcomes. The Director partners closely with Global Digital Services, Operating Unit leadership, HR, Product teams, and business stakeholders to develop strategic communication frameworks, enterprise change management approaches, and learning programs that accelerate adoption and maximize business value. The role establishes the governance , standards, and engagement models that foster transparency, build organizational readiness, and strengthen digital fluency across the Coca-Cola system. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, executive influence, organizational change expertise , stakeholder management, and the ability to inspire adoption across highly matrixed global organizations. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute the Operating Unit communications and change management strategy to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives for all three Operating Units within EMM (Emerging Multi-Markets) . Define communication standards, governance, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans that ensure consistent, effective communication across the Operating Unit. Build and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including stakeholder mapping, influence planning, executive communications, and leadership alignment. Lead organizational change management activities to prepare leaders, employees, and system partners for new digital capabilities, processes, and ways of working. Develop strategic communication plans that articulate the value, vision, and business outcomes of digital transformation initiatives. Partner with Product, Digital, HR, and business leaders to integrate change management and communications into product delivery and transformation programs. Establish change readiness assessments, adoption strategies, and success metrics to monitor organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. Lead capability-building initiatives, including digital learning programs, training strategies, leadership enablement, and workforce readiness. Partner with all three OU’s Human Resources to develop talent, learning, and capability development programs that strengthen digital competencies across the organization.
