Adobe Experience Cloud - Product Owner Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote Let us introduce you to the opportunity at EY GDS Poland, part of EY’s global integrated service delivery network. As a Senior in Technology Risk, you will be part of a high-performing, international team delivering IT audit and technology risk services to leading global clients. EY Enterprise Technology EY Enterprise Technology group specific in the Digital Experience area is working on implementing EY Specific products on the EYDxP powered by Adobe platform that consists of the Adobe CX Stack including but not limited to Adobe Workfront; AEM; AEP; Target; Analytics; AJO. The opportunity As a member of the Digital Experience Product Team will be working in an agile methodology. The role would support the Products aligned to the EY Global platforms implementing with our Global Delivery teams. The role will work close to the business creating and understanding requirements for development. You will own and manage the Azure DevOps backlog to support rapid development. Your key responsibilities Day-to-day, this role will:
Develop and maintain a deep contextual understanding of the services areas to which assigned and the underlying business objectives of those service areas Serve the assigned service areas by representing their business objectives when interfacing with the other project team members and by ensuring that their business objectives are a primary component of the delivery Build the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups Develop requirements (business, user and technical requirements — functional and non-functional) and establish traceability to the business vision Manage requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team Play a critical communications role by interacting with user (business domain) and with IT and testing personnel Ensure requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested Navigate the IT team and business sponsors through a level of ambiguity including business process change; build organization and structure to requirements to drive out and define detailed requirements efficiently Work with project manager and the business customer(s) to define stakeholder requirements Understand project technology and define how the requirements gathering will be conducted (i.e. elicitation, analysis, specification and validation) Facilitate requirement meetings; demonstrate extensive experience in facilitating sessions (20+ people). Use techniques to define scope and requirements during the lifecycle of the project Write and review business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of Use Cases and similar structured requirements documentation Ensure change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements Understand business case and project scope Ensure high quality business analysis standards are met as prescribed by Information Security through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables
