Food & Beverage Supervisor - Lobby Lounge

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is seeking a dedicated and passionate F&B Supervisor to support in the daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge on a Full-Time basis. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a luxury environment, collaboratively ensuring that the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction are consistently met. You will assist F&B Management in overseeing shift operations, supervising employees, and maintaining inventory controls and achieving operational excellence.

Support F&B Management in managing daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service across shifts.

Assist in leading, training, and motivating the lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Help implement strategies to enhance revenue and guest engagement under the guidance of F&B Management.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal beverage and liquor regulations.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in collaboration with F&B Management, ensuring positive outcomes.

Work closely with the culinary team to assist in developing and promoting food and beverage pairings.

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, supporting teamwork and professional growth.

Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Full-time working rights required.

RSA Certificate required.

Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.

Strong teamwork skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining luxury service excellence and attention to detail.
