EY Job Description Job Title: Senior Associate – Learning Deployment Specialist - Canada Sub Function: L&D Talent Services Job Summary: L&D VTH is a core learning team in the Global Delivery Services organization, delivering design, development and delivery of learning solutions to EY Global teams, member firms and service lines. The Learning Deployment Specialist (Associate & Senior Associate) is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of learning courses and projects (including scheduling, SuccessFactors setup, nominations, logistics, and compliance), and for producing/hosting virtual learning sessions as needed. The role supports exceptional client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while building positive relationships with stakeholders across regions and time zones. Essential Functions of the Job: The key function of this position is to deploy learning programs end-to-end and produce virtual classrooms in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Build initial course schedules and submit requests to create/publish Schedule Offerings and content in SuccessFactors. Support end-to-end execution of learning deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event logistics. Monitor participant nominations and manage learner cancellations, no-shows, and re-assignments; coordinate new training dates. Serve as first point of contact for Talent Development queries related to assigned courses; manage shared mailboxes. Prepare facilitators for delivery (logistics, briefings) and support facilitator management. Provide oversight of deployment administration activities; review work performed by Deployment Administration teams. Manage and maintain SharePoint sites (joining instructions, learner/facilitator information) and ensure content relevancy. Host and produce online modules, webcasts, and virtual learning sessions; advise on best practices for interactivity. Act as vILT producer when centralized vILT support is unavailable; produce sessions using Microsoft Teams (and other platforms). Generate post-session artefacts/reports (attendance, polls, whiteboards, chat transcripts, Mural boards) and distribute as required. Send producer feedback surveys to facilitators/requesters and track actions. Liaise between learners, facilitators, and Talent teams; become a trusted adviser to facilitators and regional coordinators. Strictly follow Learning Admin process maps, procedures and work instructions; maintain SLA adherence and quality compliance. Realize operational excellence through the Learning Deployment Operating Model and contribute to process documentation/lessons learned. Support on-site learning delivery as required; arrange venues and accommodation for residential courses. Ensure CE credits are awarded where applicable; maintain accurate consumption/satisfaction reporting (L1–L3). Assist with GDS initiatives and other projects as assigned; follow organizational policies and processes.
