Caterpillar is seeking a Senior IT Analyst - Order Management Systems to support and improve enterprise applications that power order management, digital commerce, customer-facing platforms, and connected business processes. This role will provide technical leadership, operational oversight, and application delivery support for systems that help business teams, dealers, customers, and internal users work more effectively. In this position, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, software development teams, vendors, and support organizations to deliver enhancements, improve system reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, plan releases, support testing, and contribute to modernization initiatives.
