Merchandiser - Western Suburbs

We are seeking a proactive and organised  Merchandiser  to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.    This is a  part-time, permanent (20 Hours - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) position, covering the Western Suburbs ( North Haven, Torrensville, Glenelg) . This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility  Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms  Lead in‑store activations to support promotions and campaigns  Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained  Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores          About You    You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.    In addition, you will have:   Access to your own vehicle 3 days a week during working hours (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)   A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory  Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation  Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites  Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements  Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous          What We Offer    World-class training, including technical and operational processes  Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation  Generous monthly product allowance   Access a wide range of corporate discount programs, including Fitness Passport, Just Sunnies, Qantas Club, Microsoft, Lenovo, Hertz, GoGet and Estee Lauder    Opportunity to join the CCEP Employee Share Purchase Plan
