Join Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team and help drive the adoption of Affera, an innovative 3D cardiac mapping technology used to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias. In this role, you will provide clinical, technical, and commercial support while partnering with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and grow the business within the assigned territory. This is an onsite position based in Bogotá, Colombia, combining office-based work with regular visits to healthcare institutions. The role requires travel for customer support, clinical activities, and training programs, including international travel. A valid U.S. visa is required Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive commercial growth within the assigned territory by developing accounts, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales objectives Provide technical, clinical, and educational support to physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure successful product adoption Deliver product presentations, training, and in-service education to customers and clinical teams Support clinical procedures by providing on-site product expertise and case coverage Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams to expand business opportunities Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product-related documentation, supporting negotiations and approval processes Partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute market development initiatives, position products, and open new accounts   Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor´s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related areas required Fluency in English (minimum B2 level required) 5+ years of experience in commercial or clinical roles within the medical device industry, with experience in opening new accounts, driving product adoption, and training healthcare professionals Experience providing product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals     Nice to Have Experience supporting electrophysiology (EP), cardiac ablation, or cardiovascular device technologies Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology procedures Experience working with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cath lab teams     Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
