Account Management INTERN

Start Date: October 2026   Type of Employment: Internship Duration: 6 months     Come build  community , explore your  passions  and do your best work at Microsoft with thousands of  University  interns from every corner of the world. This opportunity will allow you to bring your aspirations, talent, potential—and excitement for the journey ahead.     As an Account Manager Intern,  you will support enterprise customers on their AI transformation journey by helping identify business opportunities and deliver technology-driven solutions. You will collaborate with Microsoft teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate AI adoption. You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.   Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts.  If industry aligned, also learns about the customer's industry.   You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.   You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field  You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)  Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship  Fluent in German, English and Mandarin Chinese   Technical affinity for Microsoft products (M365 and Azure)  Preferred Qualifications   Understand both Germany and China manufacturing or robotics or other industry market  Experience in account management or technical sales or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.  Understand both Germany and China cloud and AI market  #MCAPSEiP This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
