Author comprehensive program charters and create detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies for advanced programs. Determine program phasing and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource stewardship throughout the program life-cycle. Establish program governance by defining data collection methods, maintaining project trackers, and leading project team meetings to drive progress. Execute program tasks by proactively managing dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with core product values. Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including impact analysis and progress monitoring, to support program stakeholders need.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience working with inventory management, spare parts planning, warehousing, or logistics processes within data center, critical infrastructure, or technology operational environments. Experience analyzing operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and working with enterprise inventory or asset management tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or ERP systems) to resolve operational bottlenecks. Experience with data center hardware components, critical facility infrastructure (e.g., electrical and mechanical equipment), or server/network hardware spare parts life-cycles. Preferred qualifications: Certifications in program management, supply chain, or process improvement (e.g., PMP, APICS/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt). Understanding of supply chain planning, vendor management, lead time optimization, or reverse logistics (RMA processes) in a global operational setting.
