Job Description • Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/ raid logs • Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of our organization • Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed • Ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill that complexity into simple communication • Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, as your toolset to stay organized and up to date on your initiatives • Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams • Support Business Leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs • Develop project plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives; • Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met; • Manage project budgets and resources effectively; • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management; • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud projects with business objectives; • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
