Team introduction: The TikTok Engineering Test Team focuses on testing and delivering innovative, high-quality product features of the TikTok as well as protecting user data. Our Mission is to facilitate the release of TikTok features and enhancements from the development to production stage through effective testing, delivering quality at speed. You will join the team and participate in quality assurance for Large Language Models (LLM) in various business scenarios. Together with engineering and algorithm teammates, you will refine the next-generation intelligent experience.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Participate in quality assurance for TikTok’s Live LLM initiatives, and assist in building the quality system for large model applications. - Take part in tool development for the industry-leading test team during the AI transformation across all testing phases. - Work on quality and efficiency special projects based on LLM, including change control, automated testing, search effectiveness evaluation, and LLM security. - Assist in investigating feasible optimization suggestions for existing quality and efficiency pain points of the engineering and algorithm teams, and drive the implementation of solutions to improve delivery quality and efficiency. - Keep track of cutting-edge technologies related to large models and AIGC, explore new quality and efficiency solutions for quality assurance scenarios, and iterate continuously in practice.
