Facilities Coordinator – JLL What this job involves: The Facilities Coordinator will provide essential support to Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers across maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services. You will proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring that expected service levels are consistently achieved. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and creating an exceptional workplace environment for our clients. What your day-to-day will look like: Service Delivery Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office environment Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service Identify opportunities for improved operations and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests, tracking them to completion Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required Client and Operational Support Coordinate the delivery of site amenities including fitness, food services, massage, transportation, and moves Act as the site key point of contact for facility-related matters Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities Support reception and guest services, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations, and building access passes Maintain safety and security support protocols Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site(s), including web pages Maintain and propose emergency response plans including evacuation and after-hours emergency response Client Relationship Management Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope Required Qualifications: Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields preferred Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements Experience with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical systems) Interest in and aptitude for Facilities Management Location: New York City, NY (NYC-9TH) Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (regular schedule) Salary: $59,400 to $78,160 This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
