In this role,   you’ll   work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts to support   end-to-end   Financial Services   transformation across banking, insurance, and asset & wealth management, helping   clients   deliver   innovative solutions that create measurable business value.     If you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and turning ideas into clear, practical solutions,   we’d   love to hear from you.   What   You’ll   Do     As part of our team, you will:   Support clients and project teams in understanding business challenges and   identifying   opportunities for improvement.   Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.   Assist   in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, user journeys, and business documentation.   Participate in workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders.   Support backlog refinement, requirement traceability, and User Acceptance Testing activities.   Prepare meeting notes, presentations, status updates, and project documentation.   Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.   Build your consulting, business analysis, agile delivery, and Financial Services knowledge through hands-on project work.   What   We’re   Looking For     We’re looking for professionals who bring curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
