Purpose: The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing dermatology treatments and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in one of our major therapeutic areas. Together, we are committed to making a significant impact in gastroenterology and improving the lives of patients affected by inflammatory diseases. You will be responsible for: Supporting the execution of brand plans for the gastroenterology portfolio. Preparing brand plans through the development and implementation of marketing activities focused on STELARA and upcoming launch products related gastroenterology treatments. Interacting directly with the Gastro CVT and EMEA Marketing Teams. Showcasing leadership through influence within the C.E.O frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution : Assist the Country Value Team Leader in preparing and executing marketing activities in coordination with sales and medical teams for the gastroenterology portfolio. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with relevant CVT members to ensure effective implementation of both in-market and launch plans. Process Management : Manage the iMR approval process with creative agencies and vendors, ensuring agility and accountability. Material Utilization: Monitor how marketing materials are used by the sales force to assess the effectiveness of key message delivery in specialist channels. Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and monitor new CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) materials in close collaboration with the brand team for gastroenterology HCP engagement. Insights & Analysis: Support the CVTL to enhance insight generation; develop relevant solutions using BI tools, sales force feedback, and market research focused on treatment patterns and unmet needs. Performance Tracking: Track portfolio performance through IQVIA and Ex-factory sales data on a monthly and quarterly basis. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external partners, including creative/PR agencies, HCP associations, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and clinicians to gather feedback and bolster brand visibility.
