The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is looking for a PM Front Office Manager. This is a great opportunity to lead an amazing team and to ensure our guests that choose Embassy Suites for their stay are taken care of! They will oversee the PM arrival rush including VIP arrivals, shift change between PM and overnight teams, helping with staffing, evening operations, guest challenges, and oversight of night audit handoff.
