We are seeking an experienced, NZ-qualified HVAC Technician to join our Wellington Trades team based in Ngauranga.
About the Role
As part of our multi-skilled trades team, you will service a wide range of commercial clients, including major banks, government agencies, universities, correctional facilities, and other leading New Zealand businesses. Working alongside Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, and Building Maintenance professionals, your responsibilities will include: Reactive maintenance and repair work Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Minor project and installation works Ensuring client facilities are maintained to a high standard HVAC Installation work on light commercial sites as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: NZ HVAC trade qualification and registration IQP Certification for SS9 (preferred) or currently working towards obtaining it Commercial maintenance experience (highly desirable) Strong commitment to Health & Safety practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to use mobile technology (tablet/iPad) for work dispatch and reporting Why Join Cushman & Wakefield? Excellent personal presentation, customer service skills, and a full, clean driver's licence are essential.
