The Senior Manager, Financial Systems – Oracle EPM is responsible for the technical leadership, architecture, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions while ensuring system reliability, security, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Own the overall Oracle EPM technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise technology standards. Evaluate new Oracle EPM features and quarterly cloud updates, assessing business impact and recommending adoption strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop Oracle EPM administrators, developers, and technical analysts. Lead platform upgrades, patch testing, regression testing, and production deployments. Partner with Finance leadership to define and prioritize the Oracle EPM roadmap. Design and oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems Build and maintain automated data loads using EPM Automate, Data Integration, REST APIs, and scripting technologies. Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve data integrity issues. Establish governance processes for metadata management, hierarchies, dimensions, and master data changes. Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and change management standards. Manage relationships with Oracle, implementation partners, and third-party vendors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and improve system performance. Optimize calculation scripts, business rules, Groovy rules, and data load performance. Identify opportunities to improve planning cycle times and reduce manual effort through automation. Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and financial close processes through Oracle EPM. Lead the Finance Oracle AI strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage Oracle AI capabilities to transform finance processes.

Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning (PBCS/EPBCS), including application configuration, metadata, business rules, calculations, security, integrations, platform administration, and automation using EPM Automate. Experience with Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Data Management, and Oracle reporting tools including SmartView and Financial Reporting. Extensive knowledge of Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in. Experience with REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and SQL and/or scripting
