Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: AP/AR Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial s ervice s, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world. ITC Manager - is responsible for managing day ‑ to ‑ day operations of end ‑ to ‑ end Invoice ‑ to ‑ Cash (I2C) processes , including cash applications, credit management, collections, and dispute resolution , for assigned businesses, clusters, or markets. The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, reducing financial risk , and ensuring consistent delivery of I2C performance targets. The Manager leads a team of Team Leads and/or individual contributors and partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months , and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Orthopaedics business. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.
