Operations Lead, Real Estate Design and Delivery

Lead a team of senior Googlers, directors, and consultants to deliver fluid project solutions. Oversee all public-facing social infrastructure components, including retail, housing, arts, and public benefit strategies. Develop key performance indicators and own change initiatives to improve processes and optimize business performance. Manage general contractor and vendor performance during construction by reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leading data-driven change. Communicate team governance direction across broad audiences and manage complex conversations from document control to file management.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in project controls, or operations management within a real estate development, design, or construction environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience with reporting, data analysis, and managing complex datasets. Experience in managing and executing recurring operational processes with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial systems, project management software (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Primavera), and excellent Google Sheets skills. Understanding of capital expenditure (CapEx) management, project financial lifecycles, and cost control principles. Ability to work effectively with teams across different regions and functions.
