As Senior Tender & Contracting Specialist – Commercial Operations Surgery, you will drive and optimize the end-to-end contracting and tender lifecycle while acting as a strategic business partner to the commercial organization. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and healthcare stakeholders, you will leverage commercial insights, analytics, and process excellence to enable business growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service. In addition, you will help shape the future of Commercial Operations through continuous improvement, digitalization, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for : Lead and coordinate the end-to-end tender, quotation, pricing, and customer contracting lifecycle. Develop high-quality, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals that maximize business opportunities.
