Dealership: L0363 DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks Now Hiring- Internet Sales Representatives Pay:   $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually Schedule:   5-day work week with 2 rotating days off. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits. Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele. Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.

Arrive on time and contribute to a professional, team-focused work environment. Manage assigned work and ask for additional work when available. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
