The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst - Windows to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Linthicum, Maryland location. The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to the following: Perform as a Senior Computer Systems Analyst - Windows in support of classified government contracts Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal and external customers, in written and verbal format. Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies. Report task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and verbal format. Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems working with system engineers, PC desktop technicians, networking engineers, project managers, end users, and IT/Cyber management. Analyze and make recommendations for internal and external customer requirements and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems. Recommend and implement system enhancements, to include automation, that will improve the performance of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management. Ensure compliant and reliable backup and recovery services, manage file systems and disk space, and manage virus protection on a routine basis. Test and oversee new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact. Lead the development and documentation of technical processes and procedures. Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors
