As a Store Lead at Spectrum, you will guide customers through products and services, mentor store specialists and contribute to sales achievements. Your efforts directly shape the customer journey and drive the store’s performance.  How You’ll Make an Impact     Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout  Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals  Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings  Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations  Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources  Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions  Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations  Working Conditions     Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise  Required to wear a uniform  What You’ll Bring to Spectrum     Required Qualifications     Education    High school diploma or equivalent  Experience    1-2 years of sales experience  1-2 years of customer service experience  Skills    Ability to read, write and speak English  Basic math proficiency  Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed  Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs  Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing  Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals  Carry a positive and professional demeanor  Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively  Use computers and software applications  Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment  Prioritize, organize effectively and work independently  Preferred Qualifications  Skills  Familiarity with the latest technology and devices  #LI-RLW2 SRL103 2026-77961 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
