As a Materials Management Analyst within Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Nordic, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of medical products and inventory within a dynamic hospital environment. Working closely with hospital staff, suppliers, and Medtronic teams, you will help ensure products are available at the right place and time to support patient care. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day materials management operations, inventory optimization, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. This is an onsite role based across Copenhagen and Gentofte, Denmark, with the primary workplace in Copenhagen and occasional workdays in Gentofte as required. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Support daily ordering, receipt, storage, inventory control, and product consumption processes to ensure product availability and operational continuity Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate product registration, documentation, data quality, and consumption tracking Monitor inventory levels, consumption patterns, product expirations, and stock accuracy, identifying opportunities for optimization and waste reduction Contribute to activities related to new product introductions, product phase-ins and phase-outs, obsolete inventory management, and product returns Perform regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain required activity data capture to support compliance and inventory integrity Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Build strong collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital support functions, suppliers, and internal Medtronic stakeholders to help ensure timely deliveries and effective stock management   Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education, with experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Healthcare Operations, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience within a hospital, Cath Lab, Operating Room, healthcare environment, or supply chain organization Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience working within hospitals, healthcare, medical devices, or another highly regulated industry, including knowledge of inventory optimization, demand planning, and process improvement methodologies Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken, with project and/or change management experience and the ability to work effectively within an international matrix organization     Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are
