Job Title: Salesperson - VP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description Salesperson is responsible for generating detailed product knowledge and cultivating client relationships in order to create a sales strategy in line with the bank's strategy. Ideate new revenue themes in flows and derivatives Responsible for efficient execution, and pre and post trade activities Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation Client engagement - Market share acquisition. ‘Home of Best Fit’ – ensuring that strategic processes are performed in the most efficient and cost effective location Regulatory & audit interaction – support leadership team in ensuring that regulatory and audit requests are managed professionally and diligently Your skills and experience To be successful in this role you will have: Knowledge of client landscape, regulatory landscape, and product landscape. Knowledge of genesis of Client flows (i.e. Export, Import, Dividend, Balance sheet exposure both onshore and outbound etc ) Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team. Creative personality. Innovative track record. Strong networking / communication skills 'Can do' positive attitude Quick learner Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
