About this role : The Sr Digital Product Manager role is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part of our Global Sales and Services Technology team. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve on CES and BTI technology supporting analyst consultations. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of CES and BTI interactions technology Serve as overall product owner and drive partnership with data scientists, engineers and designers Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities Build roadmap and prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals Design, build, launch and assess MVPs in accordance with lean product principles Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders What you’ll need: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of experience in digital product management including people management Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads Strong executive communication skills, with a proven ability to shape product vision and drive alignment on the roadmap with senior stakeholders.
