Establish consistent security standards, quality assurance processes, governance documents, and operating procedures. Conduct site walks, field inspections, installation reviews, and commissioning activities. Communicate technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders. Help shape Crusoe’s long-term physical security strategy as our data center portfolio grows . What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in physical security project management, security systems deployment, construction management, or a related field. Experience working in data centers, mission-critical facilities, critical infrastructure, or similarly complex environments. Hands-on knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.
