Training Associate - Manufacturing

We are looking for a talented Training Associate to join our team, specialising in Manufacturing within our Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME) organisation based in Peterborough, UK. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Identify and prioritise manufacturing training needs in partnership with Global Manufacturing Engineering teams. Develop engaging, high-quality training content with Subject Matter Experts. Publish and communicate learning resources through established training channels. Maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ongoing relevance. Leverage learning technologies to create new content and enhance existing programmes. Coordinate training activities and support the successful delivery of learning initiatives. Monitor training performance metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through learner feedback, evaluation, and programme enhancements.
