About this role
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Investor Relations to join our Investor Relations.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
About the role
The Manager, Investor Relations is responsible for supporting the Company’s engagement with the investment community and the core investor relations processes, including quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and the Investor Day. Working closely with senior leaders, the Manager prepares investor materials, tracks sell-side and shareholder activity, and translates complex financial and business information into clear, accurate messaging. The role offers exposure to executive management, while building in-depth knowledge of the health insurance business.
You will report into the Associate Director, Investor Relations.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $135,792.00 - $178,227.00 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• Targeting and outreach. Leverage data and analytics to identify and target investors, and support the development and execution of outreach and engagement strategies that strengthen and diversify the shareholder base.
• Shareholder and market intelligence. Track ownership and trading activity through stock-surveillance partners and report trends and insights to key stakeholders.
