If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Job Title: Vice President, Logistics & Distribution - EMEA Location: TBD Division: Capri Reporting to: SVP, Global Supply Chain Who You Are:  The Vice President, Logistics & Distribution – EMEA is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of product across Europe, from entry into the region through delivery to the final customer, supporting all distribution channels (e-commerce, wholesale, and retail) across Capri brands in EMEA. Acting as an internal fourth-party logistics (4PL) leader, this role provides strategic logistics and distribution services to the brands and is accountable for multi-brand distribution center operations, outbound transportation, and key supplier partnerships, including temporary labor providers, third-party logistics partners, and freight carriers. The Vice President serves as a trusted business partner to regional brand leadership, combining strong business acumen with a highly collaborative approach to support brand strategies, accelerate growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This leader builds strong cross-functional relationships, promotes open communication, and creates alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Do: Manage logistics and distribution operations for EMEA Distribution Centers and Transportation to advance performance and processes. Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver service and performance, to support the brand strategy. Oversee 1 warehouse across multi brands, outbound transport, inventory, order fulfilment, and facility maintenance for the Capri Brands across EMEA Oversee Customer Service for Michael Kors EMEA Manage day-to-day operations including internal and external partners, 4PL. Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve services with contracted carriers, brokers, and drayage operations. Provide recommendations to the S&OP/S&OE and participate in S&OP/S&OE meetings to ensure Logistics capacity and resources are planned to support the commercial plans. Provide strong partnership and communication to the Business leadership, supporting the brand growth and delivering efficient service to the customer. Acts as the Supply Chain lead for Michael Kors EMEA. Plan and execute for peak season success and optimize a customer centric focus. Foster a high performance and results driven culture through KPIs, key metrics and goals. Leverage analytics to identify areas of opportunity, and to deliver measurable results that align with our strategy. Set and manage resource and expense budgets with finance team to ensure budgets are aligned and develop staffing models. Partner with Distribution leaders and Loss Prevention team to provide support for safety and security within the DCs. Partner with the other Capri Supply Chain leaders and business leaders to gain information and insight, build strong working relationships, shape the operations strategy, and achieve results aligned with
