Growing together The Senior Analyst / Manager will support full range of product strategy workstreams, providing analytical, operational, and coordination support to ensure product designs, competitive positioning, and strategic recommendations are developed with rigor and delivered on time. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Support Part D product strategy development within the broader Medicare product organization, including benefit design analysis, competitive research, and product roadmap documentation Assist in developing and managing Part D product designs that meet goals for growth, retention, Stars, and financial performance, including scenario modeling and design option comparison Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform short- and long-term product strategy; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
