Production Operator

As a Production Operator you will control or operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery. This role is day shift in North PA. 1.    Where You’ll Make a Difference Compound as required by production demand by following shop floor precisely as instructed to do so by shop floor papers. Responsible for safe operation of fork lift and all material handling equipment within the work area. Maintain a safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department. Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards. Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.
