We have been included on number of award lists that demonstrate the impact we are making.   Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the “ Buyer Planner Specialist ” role will make an impact: Main purpose of the Job/Role: The Buyer Planner role with the supply planning function participates in all functions related to planning & procurement, beginning with analyzing of requirements, ordering, negotiating lead times, managing materials scheduling, purchase order maintenance and close-out in ERP system , vendor relationships (internal and external), and warranties. Organizational Relationships: Reports to: Material Planning Manager Interacts with: All Viatris Cairo departments Delegate: Buyer Planner Specialist / Material Planning Manager Minimum Training & Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline. 1-3 years Operational experience, preferred in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing. Essential knowledge of GMP & EHS related to site operations. Fluent English written and spoken. Very Good in Data Analysis / Professional in Microsoft Office. SAP / Rapid Response Knowledge is an advantage. Ability to negotiate, handle multi-stakeholders, and act independently.  Knowledge of continuous improvement is preferred.
