Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software. Set operational specifications, and formulate and analyze software requirements. May design embedded systems software. Design, develop, test, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort across the organization. This role contributes to the full automation lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of digital workers. We are seeking a Level 2 Software Engineer with experience in RPA development who is eager to work in a large, complex enterprise environment. You will be part of a collaborative team of developers, architects, analysts, and business partners working together to support a continuously evolving technical landscape. As an RPA Software Engineer, you will build and maintain automations that interface with a wide range of enterprise systems across multiple business domains, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations. You will develop automations that interact with systems such as SAP, SharePoint, databases, and internal web or desktop applications, ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable. In this role, you will: • Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using approved automation platforms and development standards • Analyze business processes and technical requirements to determine automation feasibility and approach • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts during requirements gathering, grooming sessions, and design reviews • Implement exception handling, logging, and performance optimizations to ensure stable production automations • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and release processes to ensure quality and compliance • Provide support for deployed automations, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing to support long-term sustainability of solutions You will work closely with project managers, solution architects, fellow developers, and system users to deliver automation solutions that provide measurable business value.
